They made a mistake on my order. I wasn't even upset and before I could say anything they not only made my order whole, they included more and refunded me the item in question. A classy establishment to say the very least. I highly highly recommend them for all your sandwich needs!

It was great! They ran out of strawberries for smoothies so they were unable to make my smoothie but she called and offered to replace it with another drink and a bag of chips! She was so super sweet too!

Love it so excited they use a tool to deliver! I have a small child and its not always easy to get out without a whole routine.

Love the chicken salad. I but it often. Mac and cheese left a lot to be desired. Wouldn't get that again.

Weve been a part of the Downtown community since 23! Owners Bob Catalfano & His Daughter Jeanne Catalfano as well as the manager, Ryan St. Denis, have worked hard to make the deli not just a delicious place to eat, but also a social gathering place for Cortlands local community and college students. Known for our giant portions and fun, friendly atmosphere, The Deli Downtown serves hot and cold sandwiches, grilled paninis, salads, soups and desserts. Many of our items are homemade including many of our soups, sauces, dressings, toppings, bread and Award Winning Chilis
